Working mothers to get child care tax break
Families could be entitled to claim up to £2,000 per child every year from their tax bills to cover the cost of childminders and nurseries as part of a new government scheme to help families.
The childcare plans form the centrepiece of new proposals set out in the Coalition’s mid-term review, which is being unveiled today by Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister at a rare joint press conference in Downing Street.
Our Liverpool Day Nursery also offers Free Grant Places. Three and four year old children are entitled receive 15 hours of free early education per week, 38 weeks per year. This can be administered over three terms or stretched out to suit your needs.
When your child is 3 we will inform you of when they are eligible to receive the nursery grant. Parents will pay a reduced fee to the nursery for the duration of the terms. The terms run from January, April, and September. Full fee is payable when the terms end. The nursery grant is paid directly to our Liverpool Day Nursery and not to the parents.
